Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help the brain and body heal from overwhelming or painful experiences. Instead of relying solely on talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, taps, or sounds) to help the nervous system reprocess distressing memories so they lose their emotional charge. The result is often a profound shift—clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and able to respond to life from a place of choice rather than survival.
EMDR became central to my work after experiencing its effectiveness personally. In a season when other tools weren’t enough, EMDR created meaningful relief and nervous-system stability. That transformation motivated me to train in the modality and bring its benefits to the clients I serve.

Most importantly, EMDR helps clients feel whole again—often more quickly and deeply than traditional talk therapy alone.

Individual therapy sessions are priced at $185.00 for a 55-minute appointment, while couples and family therapy sessions are available for $200.00 for the same duration. These rates reflect the personalized care and attention I strive to offer each client, ensuring that you receive the support and guidance necessary for your therapeutic journey.
While I do not accept insurance directly, I understand that many clients want to utilize their out-of-pocket benefits. To support you in this process, I am happy to provide a super bill upon request. This document outlines the services rendered and can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. My goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible, ensuring you have the resources needed to prioritize your mental health.
I understand that many individuals face financial constraints that can make accessing mental health care feel overwhelming. That's why I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, allowing me to adjust fees based on individual needs. This approach ensures that everyone has the opportunity to receive the guidance and support they deserve, regardless of their financial situation. Your well-being is important, and I am committed to making therapy accessible to those who seek.
I am currently not seeing children. I am happy to provide referrals to your specific needs. I will see anyone over the age of 18.
I provide a free 15 minute phone call or video chat to determine if we are a good fit.
